When Cinema Meets Climate: ALT EFF 2025 Arrives in Delhi

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Theme: Environment & Climate Change (with local relevance / local story).
  2. Eligibility: Students of Classes 8–12 from recognized schools.
  3. Submission format:
    ⦁ Upload one (1) final photograph (Low/High resolution) directly in the Google Form.
    ⦁ File format: JPEG / JPG / PNG
    ⦁ Maximum file size allowed: 10 MB
  4. Each participant may submit only one entry.
  5. The photograph must be original, clicked by the participant.
    ⦁ No stock images, AI-generated images, or images downloaded from the internet are allowed.
  6. Basic editing is allowed (brightness, contrast, cropping, minimal color correction).
    ⦁ Composite editing, heavy manipulation, or adding/removing elements is not allowed.
  7. Registration Fee: ₹100 (non-refundable)
    ⦁ Payment screenshot must be uploaded in the Google Form.
  8. Winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd + Consolation) will be felicitated during the festival on 7th December 2025.
  9. All participants will receive e-certificates.
  10. Copyright:
    ⦁ Copyright remains with the participant.
    ⦁ However, SACAC & NDFF may use the submitted photograph for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes, with credit to the participant.
  11. Decision of the jury will be final and binding.
  12. By submitting the entry, participants accept all the above Terms & Conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Theme: Environment, Sustainability, or Climate Change (with a local connect / localized issue).
    Suggested genres: documentary, animation, fiction, experimental.
  2. Eligibility: Students from colleges, universities, film schools, and media institutes across India.
  3. Submission format via Google Form:
    ⦁ Upload the final one-minute film directly in the form.
    ⦁ Maximum duration: 60 seconds (including credits)
    ⦁ Recommended formats: .MP4 / .MOV
    ⦁ Maximum file size allowed: 1 GB
    ⦁ Resolution: Minimum Full HD (1920×1080)
    ⦁ Aspect ratio: 16:9 (landscape)
    ⦁ Language: Any language, but English subtitles are mandatory if the film is not in English.
  4. If shortlisted, the participant must later provide:
    ⦁ A high-quality export of the film (if different from uploaded version).
    ⦁ A poster / stills (for promotion during the festival).
  5. The film must be original work of the student/team.
    ⦁ No copyrighted visuals, music, or footage without proper rights.
    ⦁ AI-generated content is allowed only if clearly declared in the submission notes.
  6. Films can be made individually or in a team.
    ⦁ One person must register as the team representative.
  7. Each entry must begin/end with this slate (optional line in email):
    ⦁ Made for ALT EFF 2025 — College One-Minute Climate Film Competition
  8. Registration Fee: ₹100 (non-refundable) per film entry.
    ⦁ Payment screenshot must be uploaded in the Google Form.
  9. All participants will receive an e-Certificate of Participation.
  10. Winning films will be screened and winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd + Consolation) will be felicitated during the festival on 6th December 2025.
  11. Copyright:
    ⦁ Copyright rests with the participants.
    ⦁ SACAC & NDFF reserve the right to screen the film for festival purposes, promotions, and educational screenings (with due credit).
  12. The decision of the jury will be final and binding.
  13. By submitting, the participant agrees to all Terms & Conditions.
