New Delhi Film Foundation in association with Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts & Communication, Delhi is organizing a 3 day screenwriting workshop in Delhi on 6th, 7th and 8th Sept. 2024. This workshop will be conducted by an experienced screenplay writer of Hindi Film Industry Mr Shirish Sharma, who has been involved in writing screenplay for 12 feature films, that includes two released films as well.

About the Course
This 3-day Screenwriting Workshop is designed to elevate your storytelling skills and transform your creative ideas into compelling screenplays for films and other film related audio-visual content. The course will be conducted by Shirish Sharma, an FTII alumnus and the script writer of Hindi Film Industry (Bollywood) with more than 15 years of experience in the industry.
About Shirish Sharma
Shirish Sharma is a feature film screenplay writer with a rich experience in mainstream Hindi Film Industry at Mumbai/ Bollywood. He has been involved in writing of 12 Hindi feature film scripts that include two releases; namely Sunny Deol starrer ‘Bhaiyaji Superhit’ (2018) and Pankaj Tripathi starrer ‘Maazii’ (2013). ‘Maazii’ was acclaimed for its writing as well and got few awards in india and abroad !!
Shirish Sharma is alumnus of country’s two most prestigious media institutions, Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi and ‘Film and Television Institute of India’ (FTII), Pune. He has also attended significant workshops on feature film screenplay writing orgaized by reputed organizations like Uttar Pradesh Film Bandhu etc. and conducuted by renowned script writers such as Javed Akhtar and Anjum Rajabali amongst others!! Currently Shirish is busy in the process of making his debut feature film as a Director. He has kindly agreed to associate with NDFF’s emerging Talent Mentorship Programme, which is starting with this Screenwriting Workshop as the first step of it and part of our #LearnCinema campaign!!

This workshop is being organized as part of Learn Cinema campaign of New Delhi Film Foundation and being organized in assocition with Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Communication, Delhi. Timings & Fees
-This workshop is for the people of the age 18 years plus.
–The course fee is Rs 4999 and the deadline is 25th August.
–For all the regular students the fees is only Rs 4499. (On showing a valid Id. card and permission letter from college/students school/college/Institute.
-The workshop will be of 4 hours each day in two sessions of appx. 2 hours each, 10.00 am to 12 pm (noon) and 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm.
-12 to 12.30pm will be half an hour break for Tea/Snacks.
–Seats are limited, candidates will be selected on First come, first serve basis.
